Key Responsibilities:
Seeking an experienced attorney who is an effective negotiator, a strategic planner, business enabler, and has willingness to learn and adapt as the business and legal landscapes evolve. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Advisory:
Deliver pragmatic legal guidance across areas such as commercial and corporate transactions, product development, IP protection, HR matters, and corporate governance
Protecting the Franchise:
Growing the Franchise:
Key Requirements:
7–9 years of in-house legal experience, independently handling diverse matters including commercial contracts, employment issues, and data privacy compliance
Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex legal concepts to business, technical, and executive stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of managing relationships across internal teams, external partners, vendors, and senior leadership
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively
Skilled in developing, implementing, and enhancing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance
