TEAM
Woven by Toyota is constantly striving to create “value that does not yet exist in the world” through initiatives such as developing software platforms for vehicles and implementing next-generation technologies in Woven City. The Legal & IP Team supports these business efforts from a legal perspective.
Specifically, we handle contract review and management, legal consultations, corporate law compliance, dispute resolution, and the establishment of compliance frameworks. The topics we address include cutting-edge fields such as autonomous driving, AI, and robotics, and it is not uncommon for us to develop solutions from scratch for new challenges that existing legal frameworks cannot keep up with. In this fast-paced environment, new challenges arise every day, but we believe that is precisely what makes our work so rewarding.
Our team is comprised of members with high aspirations and a strong sense of curiosity. We pool our collective knowledge to tackle “questions with no single correct answer,” engaging in thorough discussions to find solutions.
