You’ll manage your own varied caseload of complex, high-value employment matters — from multi-claimant and discrimination cases to TUPE and beyond. With the autonomy to run cases end-to-end, you’ll also represent clients at Employment Tribunal hearings and play a key role in delivering exceptional results.

- Strong experience across employment law, including complex litigation
- Confidence handling ET advocacy and managing cases independently
- A passion for delivering outstanding client care
- Proven ability to coach, guide and develop others
- Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills
