We're looking for a Marketing Manager based in Dubai to own growth across every channel that matters. You'll be a growth hacker at heart—someone who lives and breathes social media, knows how each platform actually works, and turns that knowledge into real business results. You don't need to be a world-class expert in all of them, but you do need range: the instinct to test, learn, and double down on what drives traction.
What you'll do:
Own and execute growth strategy end-to-end, from experiment design through measurable results
Build and run campaigns across social platforms—YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and whatever comes next
Identify the highest-leverage channels for reaching creators and media teams, then go deep
Create and adapt content that fits the native voice of each platform
Set up tracking, analyze performance, and let data guide where you invest next
Partner with product and content teams to turn our story into demand
Spot emerging platforms and trends early, and move fast to capitalize on them
Requirements
3–7 years of marketing experience, ideally with a growth or performance focus
Hands-on, proven experience growing audiences and driving conversion across multiple social platforms
Versatility: comfortable jumping between platforms and adapting strategy to each one's mechanics
Strong grasp of organic and paid social, plus the interplay between them
Data fluency—you can read analytics, run A/B tests, and make decisions from numbers
Excellent content instincts and an eye for what makes people stop scrolling
Fluent in English (our team and creators are global)
A self-starter mindset: you find opportunities and act without waiting for a playbook
Nice to Have
Experience marketing to creators, video professionals, or media teams
Familiarity with the SaaS or creator-tools landscape
Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, ideation, or campaign workflows
Community building or influencer/partnership marketing experience
Experience scaling a product in its early stages
Comfort with marketing automation, analytics, and attribution tools
