Solutions Marketing Lead

Lovable · San Francisco

TL;DR

Lovable is looking for a Solutions Marketing Lead to own go-to-market strategy across new markets, audiences, and use cases — building the positioning, experiments, and cross-functional playbooks that turn early signals into repeatable growth engines. This role has a direct line to how Lovable wins with everyone from solo founders to enterprise teams, at one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe.

Why Lovable?

Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products — fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we're just getting started.

We're a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.

What we’re looking for

As Solutions Marketing Lead, you'll own the strategy for how we show up and win across a wide range of markets, audiences, and use cases, many of which we're still in the process of defining. You'll move between buyer segments fluidly, building the playbooks and messaging that turn early traction into repeatable motion from the ground up.

You will spend your time across the full arc of go-to-market work: spotting the opportunity, developing the hypothesis, designing the experiment, and synthesizing what you learn into a recommendation leadership acts on. We're looking for someone who comes in with a strong point of view, earns trust quickly, and drives outcomes across the organization without needing a large team behind them.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Owned a solutions marketing playbook from zero to one at a B2B SaaS or developer-focused company, not just executed against one someone else built.

  • Directly owned a large, cross-functional initiative where you were the person accountable for the outcome, not just coordinating the calendar.

  • Built positioning and messaging for more than one buyer segment at the same time and can point to how each differed and why.

  • Designed a GTM experiment, read the signal, and turned it into a recommendation that leadership acted on.

  • Marketed across multiple audiences at once while keeping a coherent brand narrative, not five disconnected campaigns that don't feel like the same company.

  • Positioned developer tools, no-code/low-code platforms, or AI products, and understand the nuances of speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you’ll do

  • Own the GTM strategy for new and evolving market opportunities: identify where we have potential to win, build the hypotheses, and design the experiments to validate them.

  • Go from 0 to 1 across multiple use cases, personas, and buyer segments simultaneously, developing positioning, messaging, and campaign infrastructure from scratch.

  • Lead major cross-functional initiatives spanning marketing, product, GTM, content, and community, driving alignment and shipping with urgency.

  • Develop Lovable's solutions positioning across individual creators, freelancers, startups, agencies, and growing teams across multiple verticals.

  • Build segment-specific GTM playbooks, including messaging frameworks, campaign strategies, PLG motions, and sales enablement, that scale across the organization.
