We’re looking for knowledgeable marketing automation specialists based in the EU or UK to support the training of AI systems focused on marketing automation, campaign management, and customer journey optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to marketing automation, campaign processes, and CRM systems
Evaluate the accuracy and practicality of AI recommendations for campaign setup, workflows, and customer segmentation
Develop real-world marketing automation scenarios and case studies drawn from your hands-on experience
Create scenario variations that address segmentation strategies, campaign triggers, and industry best practices
Identify gaps or risks in AI-generated suggestions, providing clear, actionable feedback
Guide how AI systems understand, interpret, and apply marketing automation workflows and concepts
About You:
Experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with a background in campaign management, CRM platforms, and customer segmentation
Based in the EU or UK
Familiar with leading marketing automation tools and industry best practices
Analytical and detail-oriented, able to provide structured, actionable feedback
Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable with remote, asynchronous collaboration

2. AI Lab roles
For AI Lab roles, we scout, review, and approve profiles for access to future project opportunities.
The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.
Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.
This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
