Through events like PlatformCon, which brings together over 35,000+ participants every year, we connect thousands of professionals, share best practices, and help shape the future of how teams build and scale internal developer platforms.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale our paid marketing engine and drive measurable growth across multiple channels. You’ll own our ad campaigns on Google, Meta & Linkedin, experiment with new growth levers, and help us optimize the full funnel, from ad click to conversion.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Search , Meta Ads and Linkedin Ads

  • Analyzing performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and making data-driven optimization decisions.

  • Collaborating with design and content teams to create ad creatives and landing pages that convert.

  • Running experiments to improve website conversion rates and lead quality.

  • Helping test new organic channels (e.g., YouTube Shorts, Instagram) to expand our growth footprint.

  • Staying ahead of performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our growth engine sharp.

  • Owning day-to-day social media across our Platform Engineering brands by building systems to automate scheduling, defining a clear social strategy

  • Tracking social performance and continuously iterating on formats, hooks, and posting cadence to improve reach and engagement over time.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

  • Strong interest in AI and automation, ideally with hands-on experience using AI tools and workflow platforms.

  • A data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing numbers, spotting trends, and acting fast.

  • Some experience managing social media calendars and understanding content performance metrics.

  • Curious, experimental, and proactive. You like testing new formats, learning fast, and iterating often.

  • Excellent written and spoken English. You care about clarity, tone, and precision.

  • Bonus: experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Airtable
