We are seeking a highly organized and versatile producer to join our Operations team. This role will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid employee engagement experiences, events, programs and initiatives across the organization.
Reporting to the Head of People Operations and Employee Engagement, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to create experiences that inspire, inform, and connect employees. From large-scale Town Halls and global broadcasts to smaller team gatherings, leadership moments, and engagement programs, this role plays a critical part in shaping employee experience and fostering connection across the organization.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, calm under pressure, and deeply detail-oriented, with a strong background in event production, logistics, stakeholder management, and internal storytelling. No project should feel too big or too small.
