About the role
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support the Madrid Boutique team. You will contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and client engagement projects, gaining hands-on experience in luxury retail and boutique operations.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
- Monitor and track Fashion Advisors’ clienteling activities (launches, campaigns, communications, and events), delivering weekly performance analysis and tailored action plans to drive engagement.
- Manage the clienteling gifting strategy, including inventory tracking, system registration, client feedback, and coordination of gift and flower deliveries.
EVENTS & CLIENT VIC EXPERIENCE
- Support the planning and execution of boutique events and projects, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Support preparing client’s VIC experience and travel itineraries.
CLIENT EXPERIENCE
- Support and oversee service apps (INCHANEL, EASY BOUTIQUE, WAITHILE), ensuring optimal performance and reporting any technical issues.
- Identify opportunities to elevate the customer experience and proactively recommend improvements.
- Maintain and continuously update a curated city guide (restaurants, exhibitions, and local events), providing the boutique team with relevant and up-to-date client recommendations.
CLIENT INTELLIGENCE & ANALYSIS
- Contribute to ad hoc marketing initiatives by generating insights and supporting process optimization, while explore and implement opportunities to leverage AI tools in order to streamline and accelerate processes.
- Assist the boutique team in maintaining a high-quality and accurate client database.
- Support and roll out marketing briefings for the sales team, ensuring clear communication of key initiatives.

What you will bring
- BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Packge
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised, able to anticipate needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and external partners
- Passion for fashion, luxury, and client-centric experiences
- Eligibility to formalize an internship agreement with educational institution
