Administrative Business Partner, Subscriptions and Customer Growth Marketing

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

The Subscriptions and Customer Growth Marketing (SCG) team is at the forefront of Google's efforts to deepen user engagement and increase customer value across our global product ecosystem, with a mission to help consumers unlock the full value of Google.

In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between users and the immense value within Google’s core apps and subscription services, By mastering data-driven insights, you will optimize every stage of the customer journey, from initial acquisition through expansion.

Our work is centered around three pillars which include gaining a comprehensive understanding of our users' needs and behaviors, creating innovative experiences that deepen engagement within our core services, and building unified paths that bring users more value while increasing their trust and loyalty to Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $96000 - $138000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Exceptional comfort with ambiguity; ability to work autonomously, make independent decisions, and escalate effectively when needed.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project or program management mindset with experience building or improving operational processes.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-timezone calendars and coordinating team events or budgets.
