The Accelerated Growth team aims to approach existing advertisers and increase their Google Ads investment by implementing growth strategies.As a Digital Strategy Lead, you will own your entire sales pipeline, from prospecting to closed-won deals and re-upsells, drive business growth, and consult with clients to exponentially grow their business with Google’s advertising solutions.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $88000 - $125000 (USD) + 35% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, media account management or relevant role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience driving business growth and maintaining client relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas or revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building a robust book of business through proactive prospecting and lead end-to-end sales cycles.
- Skilled in translating complex business challenges into Google Ads solutions.
- Experience maintaining and expanding C-suite or key stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
