Senior Partnership Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

About the Role

In this role, you will support and execute partnership marketing strategies with Kohl’s top national brand partners. You will help build strong, collaborative relationships with key brands, analyze performance and customer insights to inform marketing recommendations, and co-create compelling seasonal campaigns and innovative “big idea” initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain day-to-day communication and coordination with priority national brand partners

  • Lead coordination of internal and external partner meetings, including agenda development, alignment of priorities, tracking deliverables, and communication of next steps

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Creative, Media, Digital, Store Experience, and (Kohl’s Media Network) KMN teams to execute integrated campaigns

  • Help translate product priorities, customer insights, and seasonal opportunities into compelling marketing stories and campaigns

  • Coordinate partnership campaigns across marketing (creative, channel planning, media teams) to ensure cohesive execution and bring “big idea” campaigns to life

  • Identify opportunities for national brand partners to integrate into enterprise marketing stories and seasonal initiatives

  • Review marketing materials to ensure strategic alignment from concept through execution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer, campaign, brand and category performance to provide actionable insights/recommendations and identify growth opportunities and inform future initiatives

  • Own quarterly hindsight reporting and support and inform future planning recommendations and initiatives

  • Drive competitive intelligence and consolidate insights from trend tools, category analysis, and external sources

  • Prepare strategic customer insights, marketing recaps, and content for top-to-top and partner meetings

  • Manage brand partner unique processes and campaign executions

  • Provide national brand partners with resources on navigating Kohl’s organization in alignment with internal marketing operations partners

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • 2+ years Marketing Strategy or related experience

  • Bachelor's degree

Physical/Cognitive Requirements 

  • Ability to use a personal computer for tasks such as communicating, preparing reports, etc.

  • Ability to plan, prioritize and monitor activities across business units

  • Ability to complete or oversee the completion of assigned projects in a timely manner

  • Ability to comply with health and safety standards
