Marketing Analyst
This position will be part of the Marketing Team with responsibility for developing and implementing marketing tactics. In this role you will collaborate with the rest of the team and stakeholders across the organization in a wide range of activities. The role provides the opportunity to learn about product management in the pharmaceutical industry, including market assessment, market segmentation, market development, disease state strategy, though leader engagement, market access/reimbursement, product strategy and positioning, forecasting, promotion, channel strategies, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
The Marketing Analyst will work closely with the Business Unit and Senior Product Manager, in addition to collaborating with policy, market access, commercial operations, and our digital transformation organization.
Key responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
Leverage a customer-centric approach to develop product strategies and tactics.
Support launch preparation and readiness reviews.
Participate in meetings with key external stakeholders, customers, and scientific leaders.
Accountability for expense management and performance monitoring.
Establish, monitor, adjust, and achieve key business outcomes.
Work effectively with local and regional cross-functional partners including market access, policy, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, legal, and compliance to successfully navigate the internal and external environment.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the category, including in-depth competitor assessments, to identify best-practices and propose innovative/alternative methods to deliver value to patients, providers, and customers.
Primary marketing team interface with Market Research, responsible for providing input on design and execution of research.

Education required:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field;
At least 2 years of work experience in Marketing. Desirable experience in Pharma or highly regulated industry but it not mandatory;
Business fluency in English and Spanish - both written and verbal (desired).
