You support category planning teams by translating category plans for sales team execution.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Work with the category team to determine optimal portfolio assortment and high revenues activities
  • Support with the formulation of customer plans and subsequent monitoring
  • Coordinate and manage the commercial set-up of sales activation
  • Provide customer, channel and trade expertise and recommendations in the launch of new products
  • Validate Launch Support Fees and track performance and complete reconciliation as required
  • Prepare customer solutions (e.g. Tailor-made activations, events) in a co-operation with the Customer Activation team
  • Evaluate the execution of activities vs the plan - drivers, implementation of learning into further activations

What you need to know about this position:

  • Ejecutar estrategias y presupuestos de A&C por entorno retail para cumplir objetivos.

  • Gestionar el playbook de ejecución por canal.

  • Liderar la estrategia promocional de categoría por entorno retail y cliente, dando seguimiento al desempeño de categoría por entorno retail y cliente.

  • Asegurar la activación oportuna del calendario comercial por entorno retail.

  • Establecer estándares de Tienda Perfecta diferenciados por entorno retail, buscando cumplir con los objetivos de distribución y visibilidad vía métricas de Tienda Perfecta.

  • Gestionar el proceso end to end del material POP.

  • Seguimiento de KPIs en los distintos ambientes de compra.

  • Escalar mejores prácticas de ejecución ganadoras entre entornos retail, con base en el benchmarking realizado del canal.

Job specific requirements:

  • Profesional en carreras administrativas, o afines.

  • Mínimo dos años de experiencia en empresas de consumo masivo, en el área comercial.

  • Manejo de herramientas como Excel nivel intermedio, y manejo de Power BI.

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, proactividad, y organización.

  • Excelentes habilidades de análisis de data.
