Do you want to drive category development and growth together with our customers? Are you creative, commercially savvy, and love to back up your ideas with data driven insights? Can you lead and influence internal and external stakeholders? Then you might be our next Customer Category Development Manager! Your objective will be to drive revenue for our snacking categories and ensure growth for our customers through better category management and retailer strategies.
You will ensure that customer plans are developed and embedded into our internal growth strategies and tactics. You will create clear customer recommendations based upon market trends and data. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers.

How you will contribute
You will:
- Drive category growth and development with our key customers within our snacking categories
- Influence investment in category building blocks, according to category and channel need
- Understand market dynamics and shopper/consumer insights by channel to drive internal and external channel strategies.
- Play a pivotal role within the internal cross functional teams, by providing relevant customer insights and channel trends, and defining business opportunities.
- Monitor market and competition to identify business opportunities and potential threats.

- Category planning and delivering growth through category leadership

- Developing and delivering plans, measuring and monitoring results and making recommendations to achieve growth targets
- Business planning and how to maximize category revenue growth for our customers
- Influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with others with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view
- Analytical skills and business acumen. Experience with analytical tools like Nielsen IQ and retailer-specific tools.
- Proven experience in the fast-moving consumer goods field
What you need to know about this position:
We are looking for person who has:
- analytical skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- a highly proactive and driven mindset, with the ability to drive initiatives forward with great cooperation in the team
- experience of working in a project format.
Education:
- bachelor’s degree minimum within relevant field i.e. business, economics, marketing.
Job specific requirements:
- minimum 5 years of experience is required.
- experience in FMCG sector is required
- experience with Revenue Growth Management is a plus.
- experience working in Nielsen IQ is required
- Dunnhumby is a plus
- written and oral fluency in English is required
- fluency in Norwegian is a plus.
