Senior Field Marketing Analyst, Events (Brazil)
Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Field Marketing Analyst to join our Events and Executive Engagement team in Brazil.
This role will support the planning, development, and execution of strategic events that strengthen customer relationships, support business priorities, elevate brand positioning, and deliver exceptional attendee experiences.
The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and project management skills with hands-on event experience, thrives in a fast paced environment, and enjoys collaborating with multiple stakeholders to bring complex initiatives to life.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of strategic in person events across Brazil and Latin America.
Support event projects from initial planning through post event evaluation, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Procurement, and external partners.
Partner with event agencies and suppliers to ensure high quality execution and delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, production schedules, and event documentation.
Support executive engagement initiatives and customer experiences associated with strategic events.
Assist in managing event logistics, venue operations, attendee experience, registration processes, and on site execution.
Contribute to post event reporting and performance analysis, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, organization, and project execution.
Stay informed on industry trends, event innovations, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in event marketing, event management, field marketing, or related disciplines.
Proven experience supporting the planning and execution of corporate events.
Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience working with external agencies, vendors, and event suppliers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering projects and commitments.
Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear and actionable execution plans.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Fluent English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executive engagement programs or ABM customer facing events.
Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, organization, content development, and workflow efficiency.
Knowledge of event measurement, reporting, and performance analysis.
Spanish proficiency is a plus.
