Consumer Growth Manager
## About the Role
The Strategy & Operations Manager for Delivery LatAm plays a key role in driving consumer growth and improving the consumer experience across Latin America. This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, strategic, and execution-oriented, with a strong ability to use data to identify opportunities, develop scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
This role also serves as a key partner to Product teams, helping ensure effective communication, alignment, and operational readiness for feature launches across the region.
## What the Candidate Will Do
- Champion product launches and enhancements across LatAm, acting as a bridge between regional markets and global Product teams
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Operations teams to scope, test, and launch new features
- Analyze business performance trends and identify growth opportunities using SQL, data analysis, and structured problem-solving approaches
- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Drive operational excellence and improve the consumer experience through process optimization and strong execution
- Support escalation management, product feedback loops, and training initiatives across supported countries
## Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or related field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a similar discipline
- 3+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Business Operations, or related roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and influence decisions across regions and functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior audiences
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in SQL
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting product launches or feature adoption across multiple markets
- Experience managing regional or global initiatives
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and scale processes in evolving environments
- Experience working in fast-paced, technology-driven organizations is a plus
