Role Summary and Impact

Campaign strategy: In collaboration with agencies and Goat CE, you will support to create KOL/influencer selection strategies, market competitor review and insights from past performance from a given brief and work with the agencies to get the proposal signed off.

Campaign implementation: Build strong, harmonious relationships with the Goat team, GroupM Nexus function teams, agency partners, and their stakeholders to successfully launch and complete KOL/Influencer campaigns.

Personal development: Take the time to learn about your colleagues’ discipline and educate yourself across the best practices in Taiwan influencer marketing as well as a comprehensive understanding of the Biddable / programmatic media.

Skills and Experience

Preferably with 2-5 years’ experience in a KOL agency, creative agency, events agency or a media organization. Understanding of Biddable media activation is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, with strong analytical skills.
  • Passionate in consuming social content and youtuber channels. Always catch up the most updated trend of social platforms.
  • Creative and sensitive in identifying sophisticated difference from the articles, photos and look and feels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to negotiate with agencies and publishers to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Strong attention to detail and a process driven mind-set, with excellent time-management skills and a penchant for prioritization
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – and reporting tools.
  • Strong understand of media, digital content, and campaign implementations.
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst achieving campaign objectives.
