The Everlane Creative team connects marketing and business objectives to the creative heartbeat of the brand. We are looking for an Associate Art Director to join the creative team to help bring the brand to life and evolve its design vision. Reporting into the Creative Director, you are responsible for concepting, designing, and delivering elevated creative solutions that support brand storytelling, seasonal campaigns, and commercial objectives. You will contribute to a wide range of projects with work spanning both the digital and physical space—anything from email and site design to in-store signage and paid advertising is fair game. You will work closely with the entire creative team to develop, concept and execute brand campaigns.

LA: This is a full-time role based in our Los Angeles Creative Studio located in the Arts District. We are on a hybrid schedule, with at least three days in the office per week, Tuesdays through Thursdays.
California Residents: At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The annual compensation range for this role is $76,000-120,000. This range is based on the Los Angeles geographic area and the actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
