Position Summary
The Copywriter brings our marketing narratives to life across channels.
This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, persuasion, and performance marketing. The Copywriter translates narrative strategy into messaging that captures attention, builds trust with parents, and drives enrollment growth. Working closely with the Director of Content Strategy, this role develops the hooks, stories, scripts, and messaging that power our campaigns. In addition to producing high-impact marketing copy, the Copywriter helps shape next-generation content systems that combine human creativity with advanced tools such as AI-assisted drafting, agent workflows, and automation platforms. The ideal candidate is both a strong writer and a curious builder who is excited to experiment with new tools and workflows that make great narrative work faster and more effective.

This is a part-time position (30 hours/week) with an hourly rate of $45.00 - $50.00/hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
