Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing
About the Team
DoorDash's mission is to grow and empower local economies. DoorDash for Business (DDfB) is our B2B line of business, connecting companies with seamless meal and catering solutions for their teams. We're looking for a Manager to join our Integrated Marketing team and function as the primary marketer to understand and own our self-serve marketing strategy. This means really understanding our self-serve customers - who they are + how they behave - and owning the customer experience from awareness through retention.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be the engine behind improving our self-serve onboarding experience for customers and optimizing the experience throughout the funnel. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Strategy & Ops, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing (CRM) and analytics to ensure we are fully optimized to onboard, activate and retain self-serve customers.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Own the end-to-end self-serve customer experience - from first touch to activation - by developing positioning, messaging, and in-product marketing that converts and retains self-serve admins / organizers.
- Partner closely with Product to influence the self-serve roadmap, surface customer insights, and ensure in-product surfaces (onboarding flows, empty states, upsell moments) are optimized for conversion.
- Own funnel optimization across the self-serve journey - identify drop-off points, run messaging experiments, and partner with Growth and Analytics to improve activation and retention rates.
- Develop and maintain self-serve positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates Meal Manager from competitors and resonates with small-team admins making independent purchase decisions.
- Build the self-serve go-to-market playbook - landing pages, onboarding emails, in-product prompts, and sales enablement - and iterate based on performance data.
- Develop integrated campaigns aimed at educating, activating and retaining self-serve customers onto DoorDash for Business.
What You'll Learn & Practice
- Product marketing throughout the full funnel - from awareness to activation to retention
- In-product marketing and experimentation (Pendo, Amplitude, FullStory)
- Cross-functional collaboration across Product, Growth, S&O, and Lifecycle (CRM)
- Performance measurement and optimization (Amplitude, Sigma, Hightouch)
We're excited about you because you…
- Have 3–6+ years of product marketing or growth marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or self-serve start-up SaaS environment.
- Have a strong point of view on what makes a self-serve funnel work - you've optimized conversion, written in-product copy, and partnered with Product teams before.
- Distill complex value props into clear, compelling messaging that moves people to act.
- Are data-driven - you use funnel metrics to identify problems and measure impact.
- Are highly organized and self-directed, comfortable managing multiple workstreams without a lot of hand-holding.
- Have hands-on experience with product marketing and analytics tools (Pendo, Amplitude, Contentful, FullStory, or similar).
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
DoorDash Values You'll Practice
- Be an Owner -You own the self-serve customer experience end-to-end, from positioning to in-product execution.
- Bias for Action- You move fast, run experiments, and make decisions with available data.
- Customer Obsessed, Not Competitor Focused - You deeply understand what self-serve admins need and build marketing that speaks directly to them.
- One Team, One Fight - You work closely with Product, Growth, S&O, and Lifecycle to drive shared outcomes.
