We are looking for a hands-on MNTD Content Specialist (Video & Social) to take ownership of our high-impact content strategy across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This is not just a posting role; you will be on the front lines, creating, shooting, and editing the performance-driven videos that directly translate brand storytelling into measurable growth and engagement. The Opportunity:
Content Creation & Editing

Create, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

Comfortable being on camera

Produce both organic content and performance-driven creative for paid ads

Develop multiple variations of content (hooks, formats, edits) to support testing and optimization

Add captions, graphics, and platform-native elements to maximize engagement

Own day-to-day posting across social platforms, ensuring consistency and quality

Write clear, engaging captions and on-screen copy aligned with brand voice

Maintain and execute against a content calendar tied to campaigns and key moments

Engage with community (comments, DMs) to build brand affinity

Track performance of posts and videos, identifying what’s working and what’s not

Iterate on content based on data, trends, and platform best practices

Partner with marketing/growth to support creative for paid campaigns

Assist in sourcing and reaching out to creators for UGC and collaborations

Help brief creators and manage content deliverables

Support execution of partnerships and creator campaigns

Stay on top of trends, formats, and emerging platforms

Contribute ideas for new channels (e.g., YouTube, Reddit, X) and test into them

Qualifications:

2–4 years experience in content creation, social media, or a similar role

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)

Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and/or YouTube

Solid understanding of what drives engagement and performance on social

Comfortable being on camera and/or directing shoots

Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts

Strong copywriting skills (hooks, captions, basic storytelling)

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects

Consistent output of engaging, on-brand content

Improved performance of social content over time (views, engagement, saves)

Reliable execution of the content calendar without constant oversight
