This role is a senior growth leadership position responsible for building and scaling non-paid and hybrid demand generation engines that directly drive enterprise pipeline and revenue impact. You will own the strategy and execution across brand, content, events, partnerships, PR, and community-led initiatives, ensuring each lever contributes measurably to sales outcomes. Working closely with executive leadership, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, including ownership of budget allocation and strategic decision-making. The role requires a strong balance of creativity and commercial discipline, with success defined by pipeline quality, conversion efficiency, and revenue contribution rather than activity metrics. You will help shape the go-to-market motion of a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company operating in a rapidly emerging category. Accountabilities:
- Own and scale the overall non-paid and hybrid demand generation strategy with a clear focus on driving qualified enterprise pipeline and revenue impact.
- Design and execute a high-performing events strategy focused on revenue outcomes, prioritizing meaningful meetings, deal acceleration, and measurable ROI.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, including co-marketing and co-selling initiatives aligned with sales and revenue objectives.
- Lead brand, executive, and content narratives across channels, ensuring messaging supports sales enablement and pipeline creation rather than vanity metrics.
- Develop and execute PR and earned media strategies aligned with key growth moments and commercial priorities.
- Establish scalable demand generation frameworks that connect marketing initiatives directly to pipeline performance and revenue attribution.
- Hire, mentor, and scale the demand generation function over time, defining processes, goals, and operating cadence.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, field marketing, or ecosystem-led marketing roles.
- Proven track record of generating and influencing enterprise pipeline through non-paid or hybrid growth channels.
- Strong strategic mindset with a bias toward execution and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working in high-growth environments, ideally at Series A–C stage companies.
- Ability to balance creative marketing approaches with strong commercial and revenue accountability.
- Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to drive pipeline acceleration and conversion.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
