About the Role
 
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing (Americas) to lead and scale our marketing efforts across Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Canada. You will drive growth by defining and executing our regional marketing strategy, building high-performing local teams, and owning performance across all key channels. Reporting directly to the Global Chief Marketing Officer and working closely with cross-functional teams globally, you will be responsible for making Emma a household name across the Americas.

What you will do:

  • Own and execute the regional marketing strategy, ensuring strong positioning and performance in each market.
  • Lead a team of marketing specialists, ensuring alignment, inspiration, and high execution standards.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through end-to-end marketing strategies across performance, content, CRM, partnerships, and more.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Manage regional marketing investments, prioritizing ROI and growth.
  • Collaborate with global product, creative, data, and operations teams to adapt initiatives to local market needs.
  • Ensure brand preference and consistency while innovating locally to stay ahead of market dynamics.
  • Who we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 in a regional leadership role.
  • Proven success in scaling B2C brands in Latin America and/or North America, preferably DTC or e-commerce.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior in the Americas region, with strong local market insights.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of growth metrics and data-driven marketing.
  • Leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, agility, and a passion for building businesses at scale.
