Accountabilities

  • Design, build, and optimize advanced lifecycle marketing journeys across email and multi-channel CRM environments to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain scalable marketing automation workflows that support lead generation, nurturing, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize CRM and marketing automation platform performance, ensuring system health and operational efficiency.
  • Lead experimentation initiatives across segmentation, targeting, messaging, and conversion optimization to improve marketing outcomes.
  • Build and refine lead scoring, lead nurturing, and engagement frameworks aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Manage integrations and automations between CRM systems and external platforms to ensure seamless data flow and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and data teams to implement scalable automation solutions that support broader marketing strategies.
  • Leverage data insights and segmentation strategies to improve personalization, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with emerging marketing technology trends and continuously improve automation capabilities and processes.
  • Requirements

    • Extensive experience in marketing automation, CRM operations, or lifecycle marketing roles in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
    • Strong hands-on expertise with platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar marketing automation tools.
    • Proven experience designing and implementing marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and segmentation strategies.
    • Solid understanding of CRM data structures, lead generation funnels, and marketing performance metrics.
    • Experience integrating CRM systems with other platforms and managing data flows across marketing technology stacks.
    • Working knowledge of at least two programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, or Velocity.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
    • Excellent understanding of modern marketing technology trends and automation best practices.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
