This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Content Operations QA Analyst based in Switzerland.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of high-volume ocean freight pricing data that powers a global logistics platform. You will act as a critical quality gate between raw rate inputs—coming from carriers, partners, and AI-driven systems—and the final information delivered to customers. Working in a detail-intensive, structured environment, you will develop deep expertise in ocean freight pricing to quickly identify and resolve discrepancies. You will collaborate closely with external vendors and internal teams to correct errors and prevent recurrence. This is a hands-on role where precision, ownership, and analytical thinking directly impact data trustworthiness at scale. You will also contribute to improving QA processes and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
Accountabilities:
- Review and validate ocean freight contracts, rate sheets, and surcharge data to ensure full accuracy before publication.
- Cross-check structured pricing information against source documentation to identify inconsistencies or errors.
- Detect, correct, and escalate data issues within pricing workflows to maintain high data integrity standards.
- Communicate with external vendors and partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure long-term correction of recurring issues.
- Maintain and enrich structured master data sets related to ocean freight content.
- Identify patterns in data errors and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA guidelines, processes, and tooling.
- Use and optimize AI-assisted tools to accelerate quality assurance workflows and improve detection accuracy.
- Support the refinement of internal documentation and operational standards for content quality.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy in high-volume, structured workflows.
- Fluent written and spoken English for daily communication with international partners.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with comfort handling large datasets and structured information.
- Ability to work independently, manage cases end-to-end, and maintain accountability for outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inconsistencies and investigate root causes.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in written form when interacting with external stakeholders.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, process-driven environments where precision is critical.
- Bonus: experience in logistics, freight forwarding, ocean/air cargo, or supply chain operations.
- Bonus: familiarity with AI tools or experience building workflows that leverage automation or LLM-based systems.
