This role is a high-impact, hands-on performance marketing position focused on driving user acquisition through paid social channels in a fast-scaling sports gaming environment. You will own end-to-end campaign execution across major platforms, with direct accountability for performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV-driven growth. The role blends analytical rigor with creative strategy, requiring you to continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns based on real-time data signals. You will work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts while independently managing budgets and platform strategies. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly autonomous, with minimal layers between execution and decision-making. This is a role for someone who thrives in performance marketing where every dollar spent directly impacts growth outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, AppLovin, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Own full-funnel campaign performance, including budget allocation, scaling decisions, and real-time optimization to meet CAC and ROAS targets.
- Design and execute structured testing frameworks for creative, targeting, bidding, and formats across multiple platforms.
- Partner with creative teams to brief high-performing ad concepts based on data-driven insights and platform-specific best practices.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and deliver actionable insights through reporting dashboards and campaign analysis.
- Maintain strong attribution understanding across MMP tools and platform-level data discrepancies to ensure accurate performance interpretation.
- Continuously identify performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities across channels and campaigns.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on paid social or performance marketing experience with direct ownership of Meta Ads Manager and at least one additional major platform.
- Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns efficiently, with demonstrated expertise in CAC, ROAS, and mobile user acquisition metrics.
- Strong understanding of platform mechanics across Meta, TikTok, and other social channels, including algorithm behavior and creative optimization strategies.
- Experience working with mobile attribution and measurement tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and interpreting complex performance data.
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to evaluate ad performance, brief creatives, and understand what drives conversion.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to build, interpret, and act on performance dashboards independently.
- Self-starter mentality with strong ownership, speed of execution, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
- Passion for sports and strong understanding of sports culture and audience engagement (fantasy or gaming experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and marketing performance.
