We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to scale our acquisition and retention. What you’ll do
Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels, including social media, paid advertising, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising.
Drive user/driver acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and audience insights, and provide actionable recommendations to achieve business goals
Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to develop content, landing pages, and campaign assets that enhance user/driver experience and conversion rates.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Manage campaign budgets and monitor spending to maximize efficiency and performance.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, marketing insights, and growth opportunities.
Conduct market research and stay updated on target audiences, competitors, industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to identify growth opportunities and maintain market competitiveness.
Execute acquisition marketing initiatives, including coupon and promotional campaigns, to encourage users to place their first order.
Support other tasks assigned by the line manager related to user and driver acquisition activities.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
2+ years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or social media marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, affiliate platforms, or programmatic advertising.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Experience in a performance marketing agency is a plus.
