Marketing Automation Expert

This role involves hands-on implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Marketing projects, providing global user support, and setting up automation workflows. The specialist will manage customer journey automation, enable teams, and ensure governance and quality consistency.

Responsibilities Functional implementation of marketing projects Microsoft Dynamics Marketing (MSD) in alignment with the product owner. Provide global MSD user support, including office hours for the full team. Set up MSD audiences and segments for all teams, including suppression lists. Develop automation and workflow setups, focusing on lead management and admin/data workflows. Set up customer journey automation and email marketing campaigns. Enable and train team members. Develop and run governance and quality/consistency across marketing teams.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics Marketing module, HubSpot or similar

Proven expertise in customer journey strategy, email marketing, and automation.

In-depth knowledge of GDPR, consent management, and data privacy best practices. Strong experience in segmentation, audience management, and data quality practices.

Hands-on experience with journey automation and personalization

Experience with performance review, reporting set up and campaign dashboards

Demonstrated ability to design and optimize workflows in marketing automation.

Proficiency in English language. Advanced
