YOUR MISSION
UiPath is expanding its vertical go-to-market efforts for the loan origination solution coming to market, and we're looking for a Solution Deployment Strategist to be our embedded expert across the full lending journey. Modeled on the forward-deployed engagement model, this role sits at the intersection of sales, customer success, and domain expertise. You'll lead discovery with prospective customers, deliver compelling demos, drive post-sale adoption, and serve as an ongoing commercial presence with our lending accounts. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead discovery conversations with prospective lending customers uncovering workflow pain, identifying automation opportunities, and qualifying fit
Deliver tailored product demonstrations that speak to lending-specific use cases from application to close
Drive post-sale adoption by embedding with customer teams, establishing what "good" looks like, and training users on best practices – define team structure, roles & responsibilities, and governance
Serve as a trusted ongoing commercial partner across your account base — identifying expansion opportunities and surfacing renewal risks early
Act as a feedback loop between customers and the product team, translating what you hear in the field into actionable product insights
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
5–10 years of experience in lending operations, mortgage technology, or financial services customer-facing roles (sales, CS, implementation, or advisory)
Deep fluency in lending vocabulary comfortable discussing LOS workflows, application intake, QC processes, and the roles of underwriters, processors, and closing teams
Demonstrated ability to run structured discovery and translate findings into a compelling solution narrative
Experience demoing software or technology solutions to financial services audiences
Strong executive presence and the ability to engage both operational staff and C-suite stakeholders across banks and credit unions
