If you can send your friends money in seconds, why does it still take your employer two weeks to send your paycheck?
At Clair, we are on a mission to create financial freedom for America's workers by giving them a digital banking platform that allows them to get paid as soon as they clock out of work. But we're not just another digital bank or on-demand pay provider. We meet Americans at their place of work by embedding our products within the scheduling, workforce management, and payroll apps they already use every day.

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is not a traditional calendar-management role.
Our CEO is deeply involved in founder-led strategic partnerships, fundraising conversations, and company leadership. Success in this role requires someone who can operate as the CEO's force multiplier—keeping priorities moving, creating leverage, and ensuring critical conversations don't fall through the cracks.
You'll spend a significant portion of your time supporting new partnerships and existing partnership efforts by coordinating meetings, managing follow-ups, tracking outreach, and helping maintain momentum across a wide range of external stakeholders. You'll need to be comfortable applying pressure when necessary, tracking down information, and ensuring the right people are moving with urgency.
If you're highly organized, relentlessly detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by helping a company grow, we'd love to meet you.
Manage and optimize the CEO's complex calendar and priorities
Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefing documents
Help ensure action items and commitments are captured and completed
Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and strategic partner to the CEO
Provide ad-hoc personal administrative support and lifestyle management
Coordinate meetings with prospective customers, partners, investors, and advisors
Drive scheduling across busy executives and external stakeholders
Track meeting requests, follow-ups, and next steps
Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership teams to keep opportunities moving
Help maintain CRM hygiene and sales process discipline
Proactively chase down information and remove bottlenecks that could slow deals
Create systems and processes that help the CEO operate more efficiently
Maintain organization across key initiatives and strategic projects
Anticipate needs before they become urgent
Help prepare for board meetings, leadership meetings, offsites, and customer events
Act as a true partner and life-optimizer, managing everything from complex business calendars to occasional personal scheduling and logistics so the Executive can operate at peak productivity
4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
Previous experience supporting a Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Sales, Founder-led sales organization, or similarly customer-facing executive is required
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
Highly proactive and able to work independently
Ability to influence without authority and keep people accountable to deadlines
Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
Experience coordinating complex calendars and external stakeholder meetings
Willingness to occasionally travel and support company events as needed
Love being the person who knows what's happening before everyone else does
Get satisfaction from turning chaos into order
Aren't afraid to send the follow-up, ask the hard question, or push for an answer
Take pride in being incredibly organized
Enjoy working alongside ambitious people building something meaningful
View every problem as solvable with the right amount of persistence and creativity
