The Manufacturing Manager oversees all daily production activities to ensure efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes.

This role drives continuous improvement, manages process conditions, and aligns factory output with company business goals.

• Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Manage operational budgets, control manufacturing variances, and optimize material costs.
  • Quality Assurance: Partner with Quality Control to ensure all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure seamless raw material inflow and finished goods distribution.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate engineers to build a high-performing manufacturing team.

• Education & Experience
  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, etc)
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Fluent in English

• Technical Skills
  • Methodologies ; Extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
  • Data Analysis: Strong capability to analyze MFG KPIs and financial variances.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing diverse teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong root-cause analysis skills to quickly resolve shop-floor and supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report to executive leadership and guide factory workers.
