As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to support organizational goals. This role includes creating detailed documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. Collaboration with various business stakeholders is essential to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role requires active participation in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business demands, ensuring that solutions are practical and effective within the operational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommend actionable strategies.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather detailed business requirements and validate process designs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- Experience in mapping and modeling business processes to support technology implementations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into clear process documentation.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather insights and ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for user and task analysis to enhance process accuracy and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate process designs and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
