- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead the development and optimization of testing frameworks to support project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality practices.
- Mentor junior team members to build their expertise and support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to adapt to evolving project needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
- Experience in designing and executing performance test plans and scripts.
- Strong knowledge of load testing concepts and performance tuning.
- Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights for system improvements.
- Familiarity with integrating testing tools into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test execution and environment setup.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
