Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves supporting the ongoing operations and overseeing the delivery of production systems and services. This role requires ensuring that operational requirements and service agreements are consistently met, coordinating with various teams to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands proactive monitoring, timely response to operational needs, and managing workflows to guarantee seamless service delivery throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize operational processes and enhance service reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate operational workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in coordinating incident response and managing communication during critical system events.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize service disruption.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to proactively detect and address potential system failures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
