Enterprise Architect - Content Supply Chain Automation (Workfront/Fusion/Appbuilder)

The Opportunity

Join Adobe’s Technical Presales Enterprise Architecture team and play a key role in helping enterprise customers transform and scale their Content Supply Chain through automation.

This role focuses on designing and guiding end-to-end content architectures, connecting content creation, management, and delivery through automation and integration. You will act as a strategic technical advisor, partnering with customers to unlock efficiency, speed, and personalisation at scale using Adobe’s ecosystem, including Workfront, Fusion, and AppBuilder as well as all Firefly and the Adobe Suite of Content tools.

As a key player in complex sales cycles, you will help shape solution vision, accelerate deal velocity, and ensure long-term customer success.

  

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Content Supply Chain architecture engagements, guiding customers architecture vision by designing scalable, automated content workflows and aligning them to the customer's business needs

  • Partner with executive stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CMO) to define and align to a Northstar Architecture vision for content and workflow architectures

  • Design and present  end-to-end solutions across content creation, asset management, workflow orchestration, and delivery

  • Act as the technical lead in sales cycles, supporting solution design, demonstrations, and deal progression working to support the entire sales cycle and Account Directors

  • Drive adoption of automation and integration capabilities using tools such as Workfront, Fusion, and AppBuilder

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve speed-to-market for content

  • Develop architectures aligned to business outcomes, connecting content strategy to measurable impact

  • Build rapid prototypes of integrations to demonstrate functionality and the value of Adobe's platforms

  • Contribute to thought leadership and innovation across Content Supply Chain and automation strategies

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed
 

Core Experience

  • Strong experience in enterprise architecture or technical presales within complex, multi-stakeholder environments

  • Proven ability to drive digital transformation through workflow automation and process optimisation

  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions

  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations

  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a proactive approach in fast-paced environments

Technical Expertise

  • Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations

  • Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into business value

  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to communicate across technical and business audiences

  • Experience with CMS tooling ideally including: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Target, Dynamic Media

  • Experience with workflow automation and process tools (e.g. Workfront, Fusion, Appbuilder and low-code platforms)

  • Familiarity with content creation tools and their APIs(e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Substance)

  • Understanding of data ecosystems, including CRM systems, data lakes, and data warehousing

  • Experience integrating platforms (e.g. Adobe Commerce with AEM) is advantageous

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
