Project Manager
The Opportunity:
As project manager, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced project manager, who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you’ll lead the strategic coordination and execution of programs, ensuring alignment with U.S. defense objectives. You will synchronize infrastructure projects with modernization initiatives to integrate policy, engineering, logistics, and operational stakeholders into a unified execution framework. You will be responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management, and will leverage modern Project Management Information Systems, geospatial planning tools, and enterprise data platforms to enable data-driven decisions.
You will apply performance metrics, schedule analytics, and risk assessments to keep all efforts aligned with capability timelines and operational requirements, while coordinating with financial, engineering, and operational teams to maintain project continuity and compliance. You will support audit readiness and reporting through structured and accurate program documentation.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience managing complex facilities projects within defense infrastructure or government sectors
- 3+ years of experience in program management within a posture, modernization, or force design environment
- Experience aligning facility delivery with operational force deployment requirements
- Knowledge of Project Management Information Systems and program execution tools
- Ability to interpret dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and use data to drive decisions
- Ability to present program updates using clear and data-supported insights
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with bilateral programs and agreements
- Experience with Force Design 2030, EABO basing requirements, or Indo-Pacific posture planning
- Experience using or overseeing digital dashboards, business intelligence platforms, or enterprise data ecosystems
- Experience working with or within the Department of Defense in an international or bilateral coordination context
- Experience with Agile project delivery, digital transformation, and risk analytics
- Knowledge of data governance, interoperability, and structured reporting within large-scale programs
- Master’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Systems Engineering, or Data Science
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
