As a Location General Manager in Training (LGM), you will begin a leadership development program designed to prepare you for full responsibility over one or more CarMax store locations. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, associate engagement, and customer satisfaction while ensuring alignment with CarMax’s culture and strategic objectives.
