Graduate Business Operations Analyst, Norway

In this role, you will be a core member of the Devices Chief of Staff team, with real influence over how our leadership operates across a fast-growing global business. You will help shape strategic direction through data-driven insights and simplify our operational rhythm to drive smarter processes and better decisions. Based in Oslo with a global reach, you will partner closely with leaders across Strategy, Product, and GTM & Sales, connecting across functions and levels of the organization.
 

Your Impact 
 

​ Strategic Planning 

  • Drive business reviews for a high-growth global business, keeping cross-functional leaders aligned and ready to act 
  •   Design and lead high-impact offsites and planning events that sharpen focus, spark collaboration, and accelerate growth 
  • Grow through close coaching from Strategy and Product leaders, with the structure to succeed and the freedom to try new things 
     

Data-Driven Storytelling

  • Partner with the Strategy & Analytics team to analyze a rich mix of data, uncover risks and opportunities that shape how we compete and grow
  • Translate findings into executive presentations and recommendations that drive real decisions 

Tech-Forward Operations 

  • Simplify processes and boost organizational effectiveness, experimenting with latest AI tools, from agentic workflows to vibe coding 
  • Collaborate with Product and Strategy & Analytics teams in a culture that champions AI adoption, with hands-on learning and plenty of room to grow 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Recent Business School (or Management) graduates with a Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 1 year of experience, working with cross-functional teams in a highly dynamic environment - preferably in Management Consulting.
  • Excellent English (both written and verbal), and able to communicate in a structured and engaging way.
  • Microsoft Office skills (mostly PowerPoint)
  • Able to legally live and work in Norway (without any visa sponsorhip).

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly proactive in driving progress and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Interested in experimenting with AI to drive personal and organizational efficiency.
