Make a difference as an Administrative Support Officer
In this role, you will ensure accuracy, organization, and efficiency in daily operations:
- Maintain and update administrative systems and databases, ensuring data integrity
- Prepare standard reports, summaries, and overviews based on available data
- Support document management, including proper filing, naming conventions, and version control
- Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness prior to submission or reporting
- Develop or adapt templates and standard materials used within the department
- Coordinate information flows between colleagues (e.g., collecting inputs, tracking actions)
- Support cross-functional collaboration by ensuring timely data and documentation availability
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and tools
Reporting Line & Stakeholder Management
You will collaborate closely with colleagues within your department as well as cross-functional teams across the organization. You will also interact with external parties such as suppliers and service providers for routine information exchange and follow-ups.
What you bring as a future colleague
- Secondary vocational level (MBO) or Associate’s Degree
- No prior experience required (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proficiency in English and the local language
- Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to follow processes and manage multiple administrative tasks
- You are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to support teams effectively in a structured and process-driven environment.
