In this position...
- You will play a critical role in consistently activating workplaces across the Ford real estate portfolio, coordinating a cross-functional team of design, project, and operations teams, for sustained delivery of industry-leading environments.
- You will also lead the continued development and deployment of our Change Management practice, partnering with leaders and employees throughout Ford to prepare for and successfully navigate workplace change.
- Driving progress at the intersection of space and experience, you will serve as a continuous improvement agent across the Ford Land enterprise and a key voice in telling our modernization story designed to enable the Ford+ transformation.
What you'll do...
- Lead the synchronization of 21 functional real-estate workstreams and govern the operationalization of workplaces and supporting services in alignment with business needs and project vision.
- Establish and maintain standards, frameworks and time-bound plans to ensure consistent activation across the portfolio. In doing so, you'll anticipate and implement short- and long-term enhancements that will improve the user experience and support adoption of evolving workplace conditions.
- Apply human-centered methodologies to understand the visceral experience impacts of real estate-based change and lead the curation, delivery, and refinement change management resources that empower employees to successfully navigate challenges.
- Partner with real estate functions and skill teams identify opportunities and scale solutions that improve adoption and sponsorship of workplace behaviors, processes, resources and partnerships essential to maintaining a productive workplace culture.
- Embed continuous improvement in the Ford portfolio by establishing and governing a robust system of benchmarking, multi-channel feedback loops, and iterative problem-solving.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- 8+ years of professional experience with demonstrated leadership in some combination of portfolio management, design, project management, workplace experience, or change management.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
