Senior Director, Strategy and Operations, Google Education

We do this by helping K-12 and higher education institutions around the world bring the best of Google tools and technology to their organizations. We've made significant headway on this journey, with 170M+ Google Workspace for Education users and 150M+ Google Classroom users to date. As a key member of the extended Education leadership team, you will help shape the cross-Google narrative for Google for Education (GfE). Reporting to the VP of Strategy, GTM & Operations, you will oversee a multi-disciplinary organization encompassing GTM and Business Strategy, Data Science, and Program Management teams. You will be responsible for translating GfE's high-level vision into a rigorous operational reality. You will drive long-range planning, facilitate high-stakes investment trade-offs, align on and drive measurement, and lead a multi-year overarching strategy and orchestrate the strategic roadmap required to scale Google's impact to 1 billion students globally.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $310000 - $432000 (USD) + 40% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in a similar role or in management consulting, corporate development, product management, or engineering.
- 10 years of experience in cross-functional senior stakeholder management and leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on teamwork.
- Ability to influence without authority, working on and with technical cross-functional or highly matrixed teams.
- Ability to represent complex business or technical concepts with senior leadership.
- Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, business judgment, communication, and prioritization skills.
