As a Senior Associate within the gSO Ads (Strategy and Operations gTech Ads) Product and AI team, you will serve as a critical bridge between engineering execution and business strategy. You will facilitate cross-functional alignment, deliver business-critical insights through analytics, and foster strategic partnerships to launch new initiatives. You will develop and implement strategies and solutions for complex, ambiguous, and high-visibility business problems. You will directly influence how high-priority AI and automation tools are sequenced, built, and scaled within the global gTech Ads tools ecosystem.
In this role, you will lead complex, strategic projects. You will navigate ambiguity by distilling complex engineering data into clear executive insights, solving problems proactively within the project scope, and building strong, trusting cross-functional partnerships across the organization.
