Strategy and Operations Senior Analyst, Go-To-Market (English, Hebrew)
The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory role.
- Experience in analytics, including spreadsheet analysis, presentations, and data management.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Hebrew to engage with global internal teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy, organizational design principles, and the key elements for successful, large-scale operational change.
- Ability to conduct complex data modeling, translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks, and leverage advanced data visualization tools to deliver decisive business insights.
- Ability to work independently with limited guidance, effectively manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, and take the initiative to lead and drive outcomes across cross-functional partners.
- Strong attention to details, with the ability to search in-depth into complex topics and become subject matter expert.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
