ISE Project Manager, Off-Shelf Merchandising

Position Purpose:
The In-Store Environment (ISE) Project Manager for Off-Shelf Merchandising is responsible for managing the planning and execution of the off-shelf programs (National and Regional In-Store Events / Quarterly MAP) to support merchandising strategies. The role has a heavy focus on managing SKU Data, as well as, partnering with Merchandising, Field Merchandising, IPR, Operations, Finance, and multiple other cross-functional teams to execute off-shelf programs in The Home Depot stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- 30% Accurate SKU / Data Maintenance to support the planning & execution of the off shelf programs
- 20% Partnership with Merchandising, Field Merchandising, and multiple cross-functional teams to successfully plan and execute the off-shelf programs
- 20% Ensure all stakeholders are involved all the way through the planning process (from kick off to in-store date). Regular project status meetings with Merchants and cross-functional teams are required
- 15% Deliver clear and thorough communications to stores/MET for in-store execution
- 10% Ensure off-shelf programs are executed on time, and all deliverables are met
- 5% Ensure off-shelf programs are set at the Innovation Center (IC) for required approvals
Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
- Reports to the Sr Mgr, Off-Shelf Merchandising.
- This role has no direct reports.
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in merchandising and relevant experience in retail or home improvement consumer package goods
- Prior experience managing highly matrixed and medium-to-large scale, complex projects
- Prior experience working with Merchants, Field Merchandising, IPR, and other internal cross-functional teams
- Prior experience working with AI tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Minimum Education:
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

- 6
