The Services Process Engineer Graduate role offers an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals to launch their careers within HP’s dynamic MultiJetFusion team. This position is designed for individuals passionate about innovation, customer experience, and operational excellence in the rapidly evolving field of Additive Manufacturing.
As a graduate, you will play an active role in driving service performance, supporting operational initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer outcomes. You will gain deep exposure to HP’s technologies, processes, and global operations while building a strong foundation for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor service performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to support preventive maintenance strategies, troubleshooting, and remote customer support.
Contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of service processes, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, streamline workflows, and ensure consistent delivery against service level agreements (SLAs).
Drive operational excellence projects, supporting standardization, automation, and scalability of service operations.
Build strong cross-functional relationships and actively participate in global initiatives within HP’s Additive Manufacturing Services organization.
Continuously develop technical and business knowledge related to HP MJF technologies, industry trends, and best practices in service operations.
Requirements:
Recently completed (within the last 12 months or about to complete) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related technical field
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, 3D printing, or digital technologies is considered a strong plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with data analysis tools or programming (e.g., Excel advanced functions, Power BI, Python) is a plus.
