Project Manager
Job Overview
Responsible for the end‑to‑end management of primary research projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. The role combines project leadership with people management, being accountable not only for project delivery but also for the development and performance of a team of analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end execution of primary research projects, including study design alignment, timeline management, quality review of deliverables, and client presentations.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on assigned projects, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and high delivery standards.
- Review, validate, and approve research outputs, ensuring methodological rigor and adherence to internal quality standards.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts, supporting skill development, knowledge transfer, and professional growth.
- Allocate resources across projects, balancing workload, priorities, and timelines across the team.
- Proactively identify risks related to project execution or team capacity and implement mitigation actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., senior managers, statistical teams, and operations) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of primary research processes, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Solid experience in primary market research, consulting, or life sciences analytics.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- People management experience, including coaching and developing junior team members.
- Strong client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative primary research methodologies.
- Availability to work in the hybrid system (4x on-site, 1x remote) in São Paulo/SP
