About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Process Optimization and Standards Implementation: Analyze delivery link (collection, in-transit, handover, successful delivery) operation processes, formulate standardized operation norms and promote implementation, optimize route planning and resource scheduling, improve delivery efficiency and on-time rate, reduce operating costs.

Capacity Management and Resource Coordination: Coordinate carrier and self-operated capacity resources, formulate scheduling plans, monitor capacity usage, optimize personnel and vehicle configuration; interface with resource bidding, introduction and elimination, ensure peak season capacity reserve, improve resource utilization rate and cost effectiveness.

Indicator Monitoring and Exception Handling: Real-time monitor core indicators such as delivery timeliness, on-time rate, cargo damage rate, establish risk early warning mechanism; timely handle order exceptions, customer complaints and emergencies, formulate contingency plans to ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction.

Carrier Management and Training: Establish carrier assessment system, regularly inspect and evaluate operation quality, promote rectification and improvement; organize business training to convey operation norms and safety standards, enhance carrier service capabilities and compliance.

Data-Driven and Cross-Department Collaboration: Analyze delivery data to identify efficiency and cost improvement points, output analysis reports and promote process improvement; link business, technology, customer service and other departments to collaboratively solve operation problems, ensure project implementation and business goal achievement.
