• Execute project management in commercial office, industrial and retail sectors, including construction consulting and technical due diligence preparation;

• Lead and deliver assigned project tasks and activities;

• Define project objectives in collaboration with stakeholders;

• Develop comprehensive project plans and project budgets;

• Deliver projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline;

• Implement project change management and risk mitigation strategies;

• Manage client and vendor relationship throughout project lifecycle;

• Negotiate subcontractor agreements, ensuring JLL’s interests are protected, and liaise with legal team as needed;

• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation;

• Conduct projects closeouts, including handover, snagging, and final account reconciliation;

• Apply and interpret construction law regulations in daily work, ensuring that project and activites comply with current regulations;

• Present (cross-selling) advisory services from other JLL departments during client meetings;

• Secure signed cooperation agreements for each new project;

• Monitor and follow up on late payments for delivered services;

• Provide support and advice to other business lines and JLL’s departments;

• Organize trainings for clients and JLL staff as needed;

• Attend business development events and conference calls;

• Assist the team in achieving department`s annual target;

• Adhere to Jones Lang LaSalle’s Code of Ethics in all undertaken activities.
