Facilities Coordinator 대리과장급 (판교 근무)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Procurement & Vendor Management
- Manage multiple vendors to deliver services on time and within budget. Including hard and soft services.
- Manage vendor procurement processes in accordance with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as JLL procurement best practices
- Finance Management
- Manage financial processes to ensure accounts payable process and procedures are followed at all times
- Budget Financial Management including variance reporting
- Health & Safety Management
- Manage and coordinate HPI’s Health and Safety related topics by following policies and guidelines
- This role has the responsibility and duty of care to work safely, taking reasonable care to protect their own health and safety and that of fellow workers and visitors and to comply with the requirements of the health and safety guidelines, policies and rules.
- Report EHS incident to related dept. and report good catch items on HP/JLL tool.
- Site Operations Management
- Manage the upkeep of the facilities, including functions such as mailroom services, monitor/order convenience centres and supplies, shuttle bus management, PO creation/ invoicing, event planning and booking, office cleaning, Maintenance & Repair, stationary, building related activities
- Support and locally implement HPI workplace related company policies, goals, objectives and procedures.
- Maintain and keep the OSIS tool updated and ensure correct data
- Implement Industry Best Practice operations
- Assist and monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are always maintained
- Seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards
- Assist/manage office events when applicable
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Ideal Experience
- Experience in facilities or related field
- Hospitality background with customer service experience preferred
- Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts
- Knowledge of local health and occupational safety requirements
- Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
- Customer service and or hospitality background preferred
- Experience with small to large project management services
